《
大捕房》是由应采儿,耿乐,吴孟达,许绍雄,午马,方青卓,杨蕊等主演，
故事发生在三十年代初的上海滩。关青山和关青月是一对龙凤胎兄妹，担任巡捕的关青山莫名失踪，妹妹关青月为了探究真相而化妆成哥哥关青山的样子进入他原来工作的巡捕房。关青月的机敏与好身手使得她在侦破案件中屡屡成功，然而，上海滩帮派势力盘根错节、鱼龙混杂，关青月以一己之力难以使案情真相大白，幸有正直不阿的探长贺忠信坚定地支持她，此后，两人并肩作战，以巡捕的身份厘清黑白，维护公义。关青月围绕这些案件中蹊跷的线索，锲而不舍地明察暗访，层层剥解蹊跷事件中的谜团，终于发现幕后最大的黑手就是日本人，哥哥的失踪也是因为日本人为了阻止巡捕房的侦破，派人暗杀了正在追此事的关青山。明白了真相的关青月胸怀着家仇与大义，千辛万苦找到了大难不死的哥哥关青山，岂料关青山却因为受伤而失忆。同时关青月也逐渐发现了关青山有着不为人知的过去，并受到日本人的胁迫。关青月设法治好了他的失忆症，在兄...
